A payment plan is a financial arrangement that helps students manage their college expenses.
Enrollment: If you’re a student or an authorized user (like a parent), you can sign up for a payment plan each semester. This happens after the college has posted the charges for that semester.
Our payment plan lets you pay your school bill in installments, instead of all at once.
Notice of Delinquency: Students with outstanding balances will receive a notification from the College Account Receivable Department. Immediate payment is required upon this notice to prevent further actions.
Payment Opportunity: Students are afforded the initial opportunity to settle their accounts directly with the College.
Registration and Academic Holds: To be eligible for class registration, all outstanding balances must be resolved, and payments verified. Until such time, access to grades, transcripts, and diplomas can/will be restricted.
Non-Response Consequences: Failure to address the delinquent balance after the College’s attempts will result in the account being transferred to an external collection agency.
Financial Responsibility: Students will then be liable for the full amount due, in addition to collection and potential legal fees, which may range from 20% to 35% of the total debt.
Further Actions May Include:
Designated Collection Agencies: The College has engaged Meade & Associates, Inc. to manage the recovery of past due accounts.
This policy ensures that the financial obligations to the institution are met in a timely and efficient manner, maintaining the fiscal integrity of the College.
