Replacement Diplomas are handled by a GSC approved vendor, Herff Jones, and the cost for a replacement diploma is $45.00. Alumni will print and complete the Replacement Diploma Request Form and mail it to Good Samaritan College of Nursing and Health Science along with your method of payment (Money Order or Cashier Check only).
